Bosch regular (not Plat +4) is the "genuine Saab" part so at least you've got the right brand. I would think the +4 is OK but the 2.0/2.3 4 cylinder engines can be quite fussy about plugs. I think you'll just have to determine whether this is OK or not after you get the fuel pump job done.

Yep, that is definitely the crankcase ventilation hose. Michael p is right.

I'd call your dealer or a TSN sponsor to get a price on the straps.

There are a few posts in the archives about changing the fuel pump. I assume that you searched and read these? Maybe they have additional tips?

What I am confused about is the web link you gave shows 4 parts for the Walbro fuel pump. Which one do you buy? Here are some past hits on the Walbro pump:
