I used mine last weekend for the first time. I sucked out the old fluid in the Master cyliner (MC) and put in clean first. Installed the cap to the MC and pressure tested the unit as it says. You relieve presure by slowly unscrewing the pump top of the unit. Then I added 1.5 liters of Dot 4 and pumped to 16PSI. I had a helper so no runing back and forth. I bleed the farthest from the master cylinder first right rear, then left rear, then right front and then left front. I did it with the car on the ground and the wheels on. You must turn the steering to gain good access to the fronts. Use a 6 point 9mm closed in wrench for the bleeder valve and don't ring one off with too much tighning pressure. I also used a 20 oz coke bottle with a hole drilled in the top with a 3 foot hose in it for fluid recovery at the bleeder valve. It will be best if you have a 8X8" flat 1/4 plywood hot melt glue the bottle bottom to the plywood. This way the bottle stays standing up wile you are jerking the hose around. Stop draining when the fluid is clean. I took a 1/3 to a 1/2 bottle out of each wheel. Much to my surprise at the end I depressurized by slowly opening the pump top and then put all kinds of towells around the top of the MC. When I opened it no fluid overflow. The system kept the same amount of air in the MC res as it had to start. It is very important that you pressure test first to see that the system holds for this to happen. Otherwise it will leak all the air out and push a fluid overflow. I did cover all painted surfaces particularly the drivers fender because brake fluid drops will eat through any paint encountered. Be careful of this and I hope this helps.
