Make sure you replace the correct line, they are close to $200 each, and there are four of them.

You can replace a "bad" power steering line that looks corroded, and still have leaks. On the older NG900 production cars, people have spent $1-2k chasing leaks, to still be told they have to replace just one more line because the system now leaks someplace else!

The rubber hoses connected to the PS reservoir do not go under the radiator. The two hoses connected to the ps reservoir are part of the power steering fluid return lines, and can be tighteneed, because what usually leaks is the hose clamps. NG900 cars have that problem, including mine.

What goes under the radiator is the first pressure line from the power steering pump, which is made up of two rubber hoses and one metal pipe. Marked (1) in the diagram. The metal pipe is routed under the radiator because it is the cooling line for the ps fluid and needs air flow. The pressure lines have threaded fittings, and usually cannot be tightened, because they typically leak at the joint between the rubber hose and the pipe.
