I have the same tires on Sport Edition (Tire Rack) F7's (16x7's).

1) The lugs are 17mm.

2) I have used a "click" type torque wrench for years and like it.

3) I always put some "anti-seize" on the hub surface to help with future removal.

4) The center caps either snap in or are held in by a "c-clip". A tire shop will remove the center caps to mount/balance the wheels.

5) On my 2000 9-3SE, I jack on the front jack point (wood block on Sears 2.5 ton jack stand) and the whole side of the car will come off the ground easily. A stiff unibody and limited suspension travel makes this quite easy.

I find the SPT's work well with the stock pressure recomendations (33psi front/rear). They have a stiff sidewall so higher pressures will make ride quality worse. My SE has the 24mm front bar and I upgraded the rear (22mm GS), so higher tire pressures makes the ride stiffer than desired considering the road conditions north of Boston!
