Yeah, I've got much the same with 152K on my '97 900 SET 5-spd. I'm at 5,000 ft elevation. 27 mpg or so in the city, 34 highway. I got 38 from Denver to Pueblo, but I think that's a downhill run. I'm not exactly babying it, but I'm not always foot-on-the-floor either.

Here's something interesting. If you have Sinclair Gasoline (NOT Bradley Sinclair, mind you) in your area, you should try a couple tanks full and check your mileage. Sinclair has the green brontosaurus dinosaur logo.

I used to have a Dodge pickup that got an extra 50 miles per tank when using Sinclair. I never run anything else in my Saab, so I can't tell you what the difference is there. For the activists in the crowd, Sinclair is made in Wyoming and does not rely on any Middle-East oil. The higher mileage can be attributed to a different Cetane (I think) level and the Sinclair additive package. Bradley does not buy the additives, as I understand it.
