P-0161 Rear heated oxygen sensor, bank 2, control module input. Current in preheating circuit too high.

P-1117 Rear heated oxygen sensor, bank 1, control module input. Current in preheating circuit much too low.

Check fuse 38.

Have you had the O2 sensors replaced recently? And were they replaced with a generic ones instead of Saab oem?

It gets problematic when it comes down to brand specific codes and not the OBD 2 standard codes.
Only the 96-97 900 with V6 engine have the P-0161 code of all Saabs and as you can see JimN interpreted the P-1117 to something dealing with the coolant system.
