I just had this combo put in last week on my 97 900 SET and after a few days driving--it is a huge improvement over stock! Body roll is significantly decreased. I would say about 60-70% percent less than before. When I go around corners at higher speeds or 270 degree exit ramps, that floaty feeling is alomost gone and there is much less steering effort plus the G forces feel reduced. The car really sticks! With the konis at full soft setting, The ride is still pretty supple (slightly harsher than stock-but pretty close) with bumps just a tad more noticeable. The springs have lowered the car about 2 inches, with the rear appearing to be slightly lower than the front. The lowered appearance of the car is definitely noticeable. I plan on adjusting the Konis a half turn to see if I can reduce the floaty feeling even more. Questions: Do i need to get an alignment? The car tracks straight, but tires appear to be noisier. Also, should I adjust increase the tire pressure? I believe they are set at factory recommendation. Anyway, I really like the way the car drives now. I'll update you guys more when I get more impressions.
