1) Do not use Sylvannia Cool Blue. Mine only lasted about 6 months. I highly recommend PIAA Super Whites. They are DOT compliant (legal in all states). They are extremely close in color to true HID headlights. The wattage is bumped up from 55/60 to 100/110 to compensate for any light output lost due to the tinting of the bulb. They are crystal-clear in color, with a very slight tinge of blue-purple depending on the angle when you look at them (much like sunlight). They burn cooler than most after-market bulbs, and last almost as long as typical halogens (supposedly). They make a world of difference at night--the whole area is lit up from the intensity. BUT NOTE--the output will be affected by the condition of the headlight lens (yellowed, scratched, pitted, etc.).

2) Those "yellow" little bulbs in the headlights are your front marker/parking lights. They are always on because your daytime-running lights (basically your headlight system) are on. They mount in the inside corners of your headlight assembly--bulb #168/192).

3) Check out autobulbdepot.com for your bulbs. They have excellent prices, and deliver to you immediately. They also have a nifty color-chart to show the color (degrees of Kelvin) of each type of bulb they offer.

4) You can buy small bulbs (168/192) from the above website to match your high-performance headlights. I had to buy numerous sets until I found the ones that matched close enough.

5) Once you buy the bulbs, you'll never go back to halogen. Because they cost much more ($60 per pair), pull the fuse on your daytime running lights so that they don't burn during the day (to extend the life). When you want your lights to come on, you will have to use your headlight switch to turn them on.

6) Also look into replacing your bottom driving lights (bulb # H3). Go with PIAA--you will be amazed!!!!!
