1.

Cleaning up the engine today I took off the BOV and noticed that there was a small quantity of oil (or what appeared to be oil) on the intake part that comes from the turbo housing. Is there anything here to be concerned about? I wouldn't like to be looking at a turbo overhaul or replacment.

2.

When running WOT on the highway (5th gear) I notice that the boost fluctuates, running into the red zone and dipping down into the top of the yellow zone, back and forth. Is there anything that can be done about this. (please don't say it's related to the turbo)

3.

I notice a rather loud rattling/thumping type of noise that comes from the rear of the car on the drivers side, generally only over rather sharp bumps. Has anyone else run into this, and if so, what the heck is it? (or at least what might it be)

4.

Which pulleys need to be replaced on a 900SET? I know about the upper, just next to the airbox, but am uncertain about the other one. Is it the one near the center of the block? Also, are there any others, or just two, that need replacing.

5.

Picked up a drum sanding kit that attaches to a drill in order to perform the throttle body intake transition housing trick. Going to take off the turbo silencer, and also trying to figure out what to use for the airbox modification (or even if I want to tackle it at this point). Just thought I'd mention that.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Regards,

Theo
