I did this change a couple of weeks ago on my 97 and have been pleased with the results. The belt is GM #10-085-752 and is available from most suppliers, Auto Zone has the Kelly Springfield made part #970K6. The Gates #K060970 and Goodyear #4060970 are equivalent. The upper aft idler pulley is same as original on the car (it is usually worn out and should be replaced) part number 4356127. This Saab part is available at the dealer or one of the suppliers sponsoring SaabNet. eEuroparts.com sells the pulley for ~ $28. This part will not likely be available at Auto Zone. The lower center idler pulley P/N 4752879 is not used with the short belt. The arrangement of the original belt and pulleys is shown on the parts illustration from the eEuroparts site (replace item #1 and remove/eliminate item #5).
