-You ordered the pads a couple of months ago and didnt bother cheking them to make sure they were the correct ones???


Guys in the shop already ribbin' me because I drive a bucket, then I get the bucket in the air and you guys don't even have the right water for it. DAMN.

Trying to start a new job with Volvo next week and I get the mechanic from the service side at my old job to do me a favor and start in with my breaks and got them all apart only to see that you guys totally BOTCHED up the order.
- its great to have a friend do you a favor so why waste their time by not verifying you have the correct parts on hand if it was your responsibility to supply the parts???

- why post on saabnet if according to you next sentence they have "never done this before" give them the chance to amke it right before going public with it this is not venting this is bashing.

You've never done this before, but unfortunately I've never been in a time of more need to have my car than I am now, living in NH as opposed to Boston. Now by the time you send me the correct items it will be TH or FR and this is just totally BOTCHED
-everyone hates being with a car it really sucks but seriously according to YOUR post you had the pads for a "couple of months" you didnt once look at them

While eeuroparts.com may have made a mistake a reasonable person would have checked to ensure that they had the correct parts when they received them. You are also partially responsible for the problem.

Personally and as a business owner I always check everything I get at the store, thru the mail, even at the drive thru...because you know what we are all human including you. Even YOU failed to notice that it "CLEARLY SAYS" saab 99 range.

Just my thoughts do with it what you want
I really dont care what you say you could have handled it differently
