Did a lots of testing with my ignition setup (MSD BTM + tweaked vacuum pot) a few weeks ago. It turned out that base timing worked best around 19-20 degs (for high-octane fuel of course): going much above 20 caused early knock! And about the retard: I found out that there's no point in retarding below 9 degs at high boost. 3 degreees is way too little advance. It actually may give you a very high and stable boost but will kill the performance at the same time.

I join the others with the fuel supply advice. On the other hand, I'm running with 3bar fpr, Lucas injection with upgraded software and have no leaning whatsoever up to 17psi. And that's what I've settled for.

Otherwise your list of mods is quite impressive!
