i'd say you are about at the limit of the stock setup. you can continue to advance until you get pinging or knocking and then retard slightly. however, you may end up with some spots in the boost range that are too advanced for the boost you are running. as a result you may get more pinging in the mid-boost range. also, the more advanced your timing the harder the car will be to start and the rougher the idle wil be. fwiw, i on my aftermarket ecu, i run 15 dbtdc at idle, then when i hit the throttle, the timing jumps to 38 dbtdc. this allows for a nice smooth idle, and then immediate throttle response. however, with the stock system, your only real limitations to timing are pinging and knocking (that is if you are willing to sacrifice idle quality). keep in mind too, that the more advanced timing is at idle, the cooler the exhaust gas will be and the more delayed turbo spoolup will be. just my thoughts...
