When thinking of an upgraded intake system the Saab aftermarket manufactures have done a quite poor job on making a good system. The speedparts intake heat sheild is made out of aluminum and is not properly sealed. Abbott racing does the samething, but they do offer a drop in replacement which is the best of the three. The B&B looks good but I also would suspect it has the worse performance of the three since the cone is wraped in metal(absorbs heat) and the heat sheild is the smallest.

To make a good intake system you need to find you positive pressure source for the intake. You can buy a sensor to test for this for around $20. Once you have the sensor you then need to do trial an error methods of testing until you find the best intake location. Once you find this location(I'm not telling) you can lead a hose to the current airbox. If you do this you then will have a system that will out perform all the units that you list above for a fraction of the cost. I would also suggest just upgrading the air filter inside your current airbox.

I've have also seen to date lots of people just enlarge the tube going into the airbox. Although this seems to be a popular and inexpensive upgrade I have not seen to date any data supporting it would have a higher positive pressure then the current system or that even the current set up has any positive pressure at all.
