You can modify the motor mount brace (like Damien did) rather than TIG welding in different bolt bosses like we recently did. I'm sure Damien would be glad to send you some pictures of his brace. The T5 intake ports are higher than the early heads so we plug the bolt holes on a 2.1 intake manifold and re-drill them to raise the intake to fit. Because the ports are so different we make them a true D port both on the head and intake manifold. Also the intake manifold support has to be lengthened a bit. Your early timing chain will work fine as lone as you use early 2.0 or 2.1 sprockets. You will need to use '94 up cams otherwise your cam timing will be 9 1/2 crankshaft degrees retarded because these T5 heads are .036" thinner. I've seen '94 up (exhaust) cams that still have the distributor drive notch for your C-900. The most time consuming part of this conversion is either modifying the head to fit the early timing cover or modifying your timing cover to fit the T5 head, we have pictures of both! If JAK will do all this for you we can send picture of everything so he's not starting from square one. The other even bigger problem is that there are no bolt bosses on the timing cover end of the T5 head for your C-900 power steering pump and A/C idler pulley brackets. Hope this helps, Dave
