turbo transfer

does anyone know if it is possible to put a turbo and
transmission off of a '86 9000 German spec on a '90
9000s US spec? if so any thing i should know about
the computer or anything else before i try it? i have
some knowledge of saab engines and have done as much
as changed valves (with the help from a haynes
manual). i was also wondering if i could put the auto
climate control from the '86 in my '90 i was told it
will just plug right in but that doesn't seem right to
me. THANKS FOR ANY HELP OFFERED.
