It is. They treat your car as if it was their own. I've been going there for years and it's one of the reasons I have a Saab. Rob is the owner and he is very fair. It's like one of those neighborhood restaurants you take your family to because you know you will always get good food, good service and go away knowing you will come back. Rob and his crew at Scanwest have been keeping my Saabs running for over ten years! They are extremely reasonable and friendly. They really go out of their way to work with you and help keep your precious Saab going. They offer new and used parts, full service and a wealth of advice. I've taken three Saabs there over the years and they have always done excellent work at a very reasonable price. They have also begun to service Audi, BMW, Mini, and Subaru.
