I'm sorry to hear of your problems with them. Experiences with dealerships can often be anecdotal, however.

I had a very good experience with Suttle in 1999. I had drive my SAAB to Newport News to visit relatives. On the way I ran over a tailpipe that fell off of another car ahead of me. I completely trashed my front passenger side wheel and tire. It was a Saturday. Suttle's parts department was closed. I went to the Sales staff and pleaded with them to get someone who could help me get a replacement wheel. I needed to be back home (about 600 miles away) on Monday for an important appointment and didn't want to drive back at 50mph on the spare. The Sales Manager called the Parts Manager at home. The Parts Manager came in and spent 2 hours calling around to various dealers and junkyards in the region trying to find me a replacement. Despite their efforts they were unsucessful.

On Sunday Ray Suttle, the owner, called my relatives' house and asked if there was anything else they could do. I said they had already gone above and beyond the call of duty. I later sent a very flattering letter to SAAB USA about the extraordinary service I had received. I ended up buying the wheel from them and leaving my car in Newport News while I flew home for a few days. i returned the next weekend and picked up my car with the new wheel and tire. Suttle had washed and detailed my vehicle. I could not have been treated better.
