Ok..I have a 2004 9-3. Purchased with 27k. Dealership bought it at auction..it was a Johnson & Johnson fleet car. There are no service intervals checked off on the booklet which could lead me to believe that maybe a dealership hasn't serviced it? My dealership said they replaced the lug nuts (rust), changed the oil, and a few smaller things I don't remember before I picked up the car. Should I be concerned with:

1> That full syn oil has not been used until the change at my dealership? (PS the oil quality sensor was at 30% when I checked it..they claim that they forgot to reset it. Should I push for an oil change at the 30k?

2> Should I question the oil sludge issue or is it not a concern on this model/year?

3> I'm getting that spring creaking noise from the rear of the car...worthy of mention?

All in all the car has been great save for a few SID error messages including gearbox malfunction, check engine light (replaced gas cap), and seatbelt recall which was done. I also had a surging issue that was corrected with a computer update. I'm a bit wary that I've had the car in 4 times since I picked it up albeit for nothing overly major..oh..and did I mention 1 hood badge replacement..and this time around, trunk badge...sheesh..is that annoying! I don't think I'll eventually get used to the silver!!

Any help here is appreciated..my dealership is 128 SAAB/ Volvo in Wakefield, MA who incidentally has been really great so far..which is what pulled me from VW...bad dealership experiences!

Thanks in advance.
