The same thing happened to me (2003 93SS Linear), a couple of months ago in peak I-need-my-wipers season in upstate NY. They went through a couple of failure modes, including no intermittent, would stop anywhere on windshield, would not stop at all (my favorite), and then no washers. I was sure it must be the switch; but it was the motor. I was lucky, my dealer had the part and I was in and out of the dealer in an hour (under warranty). I had searched here for similar problems; but thought I must just have a bad motor, now I wonder..
