The top would not go down with both the remote and the dashboard control.
It would be inaccurate to describe the top as hestitating as when I pushed the down button, nothing happened. No sound. No attempted movement. When my wife brought the car to the dealer (Sherman Oaks), the tech told her the computer needed to be "rebooted"; he had never seen the problem before and when he "rebooted" the computer the top worked fine.

Since the dealer serviced the car, the same problem happened once more. However, later in the same day, my wife was able to lower the top. She is waiting for the problem to reoccur before bring the car back in for service.
