For 04 you can even get the color matched lowers in the premium package and the power drivers seat. What I haven't found availible is the Infotainment screen for the radio. You can upgrade to the 300w 13 speaker setup I suppose, I don't think that requires Infotainment. So in sum, other than the 210hp which sure doesn't feel that much peppier and as a matter of fact I give the 175hp the edge around town, the only thing that the Arc has is dual power seats with memory. I think just about everything else is availible on the Linear for 04.

If you go with an 03 Arc, you might spend less than on an 04 Linear. Right now there's a $2,500 difference in incentives favoring the 03 Arc. The 04's went up somewhat because the OnStar is now optional at a higher base price and the packages are itemized more expensively.
