Have had my 05 9-3 Aero for about 45 days now and wanted to get some Tech II changes done. Use VOB Saab in Rockville where I purchased the Aero. Very smooth transaction. I made an appointment, dropped my car off, they gave me a loaner and I was on my way. They had it done before noon and I picked it up. Had DRLs turned off, fogs still work and work on high (same as I have heard in this room). Locks engage at about 12mph and driver's door unlocks now at key out. What they wouldn't program is the Comfort Close (Express Close) feature. Told me it was a safety hazzard. I didn't argue the point. Anyway, all in all was a very positive experience. Next time it's in I may try to get the comfort close programmed to see if they still maintain that stance.
