I agree with you on the annoying DRL's. I dont mind the lights being on all the time when driving(day or night). But just the other day I am sitting in my car waiting for someone to come out of a store, kinda parked out front, and the lights are shining right in everyone face who is coming out of the store. This was the day it was 99 degrees in NYC last week, so i wanted to stay inside the car with AC on and radio on--there was no way i could shut of the lights with my current US DRL setting---Now i know its for safety reasons(Geico Insurance even gives a slight discount for having them), but it would be nice if you could turn them off in situations such as these--I will Get the Tech II changes as well when i bring my 05' Arc in for the first time(only 600miles)
