Saab Service in MN

I have an '03 93 Vector. It's been a pretty good car, but I have had to deal with the common problems (stuck emergency brake, failed gas cap, squeeky brakes, poor audio, rough shifting, bad passenger seat sensor, etc.). I live in Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area in MN and have been taking my car to one of the dealers (there are only 2 in MN)for the service. The dealer service is horrible. In many of the cases, the dealer has been unable to safisfactorily repair the problem. I commonly get the standard, "we can't confirm the problem" answer. Would anyone recommend another place to get service done? I am also considering some performance upgrades, and would like to be able to talk with them about those as well.
