13 Month Old Aero, Peeling Dash

Hello all. I have a '04 9-3 SS that I purchased new 13 months ago to the day. Right now I have small areas on the dash that are peeling, exposing the shiny black underneath. I also have the same problem on the top of the shift knob (it's a manual 6-speed). I've never used any chemical based products on my dash, just a damp wet rag followed by immediate drying with a new cloth diaper. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, does it fall under any warranty? If it does, what kind of pushback should I find with the Saab service center and how do I get through that problem. Thanks in advance for your help.
