Hi, I am sorry you have a similar noise. I have taken it to 3 different dealers. The car runs amaizing and the only problem is when it is on idle I can here that bothersome ticking. The ticking does accelerate when I press the accelerator. The second dealer changed the oiland oil filter. No luck. The third one, here in Florida (The other two are in NY) told me that it is possible a valve (I forgot the actual name- it's in the front just under the plastic cover "Saab/Turbo" of the engine.) He touched the valve while on idle and felt that it was louder than usual. He told me he has no proble replacing it, but asked me to give a bit more time to the car as it has only a few thousand miles. I have been "conducting" my own "investigation" and I do not think it is either the injectors, or that valve. THe sound in the cabin seems more pronounced than those ticking sounds, which are of course normal. I forgot to mention that he told me that the insulation on these cars is poor; yet the question is why others don't have this sound?
I will keep you posted and please do the same.
