Aero 93 spolier is LOW

I went from an Aero spoiler to a ARC spoiler because the Aero spoiler would scrape on steep inclines (such as into my driveway and in and out of many shopping centers in my area). I think a lot of this has to do with the topography around me which has homes and business's built on hills.
Very few cars have a spoiler that is this low...I've checked out BMWs, Audis, Acuras...and SAAB AERO seems to be the lowest. (This is my second SAAB but the first with this problem).
But the main thing that messed up the spoiler (I'm on #3) is that it hits parking curbs in many centers around us. OK I know you can always just park a distance from the curb but:
1. If you drive another car that doesn't have this problem its easy to forget. We have a sport utility vehicle and the transition is very strange.
2. If you park while on the phone or are in a real hurry its easy to forget.
3. Some of the tight parking lots I go to don't have a ton of space for cars parked entirely behind the parking curb.
Anyway the Aero is a great car and I'm not saying don't buy one just be CAREFUL.
