Still Linears, Arcs and Aeros for 2004 and 2005. Linears being the 2.0t with 175hp and Arcs and Aeros with the 2.0T 210hp. Many of the early 2003 Linears were Launch Package Linears with more equipment than the 2004 Linears so the 2004 Linears reverted to 15" wheels, manual HVAC controls, black plastic lower bodywork and manual seats. Then to confuse all there was a premium package with the dual digital ACC and painted lower bodywork, 16" wheels and such for the Linears.
Of course there are always new exterior colors, though the interiors have stayed the same parchment or granite gray. Merlot in 2004 gave way to Chili Red for 2005. Smoke beige was availible in 2005 as well as parchment silver. 2005 Arcs inside came with a red wood interior trim with the drivers package, the nicest wood in a Saab in awhile.
