No new incentives here in CA; he's probably trying to get you in the door. My question is how can you get a 9-3 at $26,00 MSRP? With the options you want, a 5 speed car should sticker at 28370 (26620 base, 1200 roof and 550 cold weather pkg). I think a good deal would be $26,000 plus fees. Invoice according to KBB is 26859. On the Aero sedan, there is $3000 or 0% financing; On a base aero sedan with cold weather package, you're down to around $28,700 invoice with the $3000 cash; I think the 0% is a better way to go. I think $24500 is pretty low for what you're looking at, but would be curious to know what you end up getting it for.

I'd nail the salesman down on the phone before going in, otherwise you give up your bargaining power as soon as you show up or plan on them wasting a lot of your time. If it is a car that is in stock, you hold all the cards and they should quote you the price on the phone. Good Luck
