Took the car in for my 10k service (light came on at 8,500 mi which is kind of troubling) and mentioned that my biggest complaint was the XM. they drove it for about 10 miles and didn't hear anything wrong. I don't think they really distinguish between the sound of the radio and the XM. According to them, my XM should sound as good as my FM radio. They don't care that I have to tweak the treble and bass each time I switch b/t the two. SO FRUSTRATING. Moreover, they acknowleged the weak rear speakers as being something that everyone complains about. I'm thinking SAAB USA does not listen to the dealers or drivers (I've written them and never heard back) or does care or both. The 'premium' sound is a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME AND SAAB FOR MARKETING SUCH A PIECE OF CRAP AUDIO SYSTEM.
