Saga is over for now. To recap: Called in for convertible top recall. Completed. Month later switches in the header fail. Fixed. Month later hose breaks and leaks oil everywhere. Fixed. Dealer says car is detailed and oil cleaned up. Get there and it is not even washed. Wait an hour for a kid to try to clean up the oil. Get home and find out toneau cover is gouged in two places. Bring it in for the detailing and painting. Point out that the cover inside trunk does not go up when top is up. It used to. Get car back and they painted toneau different than the rest of the car. Live with that. Cover inside trunck still broken. Go out again. Fixed? New part. Open trunk to look and the cover still down and in the way. Wait an hour while they fix it. Get home and see they scratched the paint in the process. Small scratch. Afraid to bring it back. Glad it is a lease and I have some touchup and lanka left. Still love the car but don't trust it or the service. Long rant. Feel better now.
