surrrre.... I had to remove mine when the window conviniently fell out. lol!
-Duck tape.
-The smallest flat head screw driver you can find (to pry with).
-The hex type standard size saab screw driver.
-and about 30 min.
Here we go...
1. First remove the three screws on the bottom of the door. There should be two black ones and a golden one in the center (that seems to have no purpose!!)
2. Next, grab you little flat-head screw-driver and pry the outside face off of the door handle. You may have to use more force than you would expect. Inside you will find two more secret saab screws you aren't suposed to know that are there lol. Remove them.
3. The final, and most hidden screw is located in the door handle. Yes, in the handle haha. Locate the cap piece that is on the inside wall of the handle. take the very small flat head that you have and wedge it in the small slit. pry off. remove the super-secret-saab-screw that they don't want you to locate. Next, pull the entire handel out and angle it around until you free it from the rod it's latched to.
4. there is an interlocking push-pin on the left side of the door (where it shuts). Use the screw-driver to remove. careful though... I don't know if it's possible to keep it in tact. I had to break mine. It's really no big deal, just leaves a little hole that you will forget about later.
5. Forget that you own the car and start pulling at the door on the same area that you pulled the push pin out. Pull it towards the interior of the car, away from the door frame. It should pop out. you are pulling on some internal locking plastic things that will go back right where they came out when you put the door back together. Once you remove that side move to the right, then the bottom.
6. shift the entire piece upwards to free it from the lock. then pull it away slowly. Disconnect the trunk lock button cable on the inside center.
7. I can't remember completely but I do recall that there is an aray of foam and sticky stuff that connects it to the car (prevent water leaks on the door and such). take it all off (as in tact as you can). You can use the duct tape to put it back on after you are done.
8. There are some foam blocks inside to reduce vibrations and road rattles and such'. One may have moved and that may be the solution to the problem -to move it back into place!
Good luck! Let me know how it goes! and come with any questions!
