Not only do you need to twist the piston clockwise but you also have to apply pressure inwards at the same time.
It is special tools out there that do exactly that but if you are careful, you might be able to do it without.
It's not easy though.
To make it worse, Saab have used a non standard smaller piston in the rear calipers so if you just buy a small piston retraction kit (not the full blown version), the proper smaller tool might not be included. Ask me how I know.
