Low Beam Headlights

On my 2003 9-3 the driver's side low beam is pointing low and to the left. I adjusted the allen screws to raise it up and more towards the front of the car, but this doesn't seem to help much. Is it me or do the factory bulbs for the low beams seem not to be that bright. Also how easy is it to replace the bulbs myself. The battery's position on the driver's side makes it a tight work area. Thanks
