I bought my 03 0-3 in Feb. It came with the CPO warranty. This is my first Saab. Today was the first time I had to bring it in to the dealer for service, the 60,000 mile service. I didn't go to the dealer I bought it from (Guilford) because of the distance from my home and work. I brought it to Saab of Milford because I live in Milford (CT). When I made the appt. I told them it was for the 60k service and that I had received the recall on the oil cooler quick coupling and also that the front passenger window wouldn't go up or down.
I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up. Well not so much at the cost, $675, but at the other things they took care of without me asking.
1. All 4 door handles were faded badly. They replaced them.
2. Replaced the brake booster vacuum pipe (a recall I didn't get)
3. Replace the front emblem (it was peeling)
4. Instaled covers on the lug nuts (rusty)
5. Ordered the trim around the shifter (peeling)
6. Replaced both front door pull covers (peeling)
7. Replaced MCC panel (peeling) I'm not sure which panel this is even.
All of this was covered under the CPO warranty with no cost to me and without me asking. This made me very happy when I picked up my car. I would definitely recommend Saab of Milford to any Saab owner in CT.
