Picked up a 2005 9-3 Aero, 5sp, in Frankfurt last summer... process was FLAWLESS.. car was ready and spotless... staff was great... takes about an hour to receive the car (they are very thorough)... car ran great in Germany... easily topped 120mph on the Autobahn. I would suggest only premium gasoline. Dropped it off a month later at the Frankfurt airport (actually in Waldstadt about 5km south of AP) they called a cab which dropped us off at the terminal... very smooth... quite a bit of paperwork... I was in the area and did the papers the day before... that was a good idea. Car showed up at the dealer in Orlando about 40 days later.. one wheel scratched... they replaced it. All in all a very smooth process... I LOVE the car... it's the 2.0L not the V-6 and I'm happy it is... great gas mileage... great power... less weight. I would do it again in a minute. Email if you have questions.
