sputtering transmission, or just my imagination?

Am not sure if there is a problem or not with my Saab but noticed over the past 2 days that while driving around town (not necessarily when accelerating) the transmission/engine seemed to want to pop out of gear. The car was running at about 30 to 40 mph, maybe slowing down or accelerating a little when the engine seemed to sputter, and once felt like it went into the Neutral gear (without me putting it into neutral) but quickly returned to feeling normal again. Happened only 2, maybe 3 times, and so quickly I even doubted if it actually occurred.

However, since my warranty expires in a couple months, want to get it looked at in the next month or so. I really do like Saab's and I wouldn't even question keeping the car if there was a dealer locally. This makes me nervous.
