I just bought a 2005 Saab 9-3, and while it was certified and I am told I have "plenty of break left," the breaks seem to make a lot of noise. When I bought the car I was told it was because the car sat on the lot for over 30 days and the noise was due to break dust, and if the noise didn’t go away to bring it back in. When the noise continued I brought it back to the dealership and am now being told that the break noise is "normal for a Saab" and there is nothing they can do about it. This is my first Saab - is a noticeable grinding break noise really normal??
