I have an '06 SC with the automatic. I like to think I get decent mpg because I try to drive as smoothly as possible (MOST of the time); I start in second or third if in manumatic mode, attain my top speed gradually, and anticipate as much as possible the traffic around me.
As reference, I have been getting around 20 in day-to-day communting, but I drive lower-speed, county roads to work, not much true stop'n'go.
I think it depends on the day, conditions, and trooper, but I probably could go faster on PA's highways without being caught. I just really don't want a speeding ticket!! Would love to see how this vehicle does at 100. (Going to Aero Academy in Sept - might drive down to get the opportunity.)
I was guessing at the rpm's - I'll try to see what is the true number soon.
