I went for a test drive yesterday. They did not have a 6oth model but they had a base 2.0, with stick so thats what I drove. I thought the car drove well. plenty of acceleration, handled nicely and very comfortable to sit in. Couple of things I noted that I had not thought of before was the height of the cowl over the instruments, its very high My wife who is 5ft had a little difficulty with it. I dont know if this is the same for all verts but the back seat with my kids in it seemed very windy. Up front it was fine but alot of wind in the back. Lastly, I have for the past 10 or so years been driving primarily lexus and Audi. Compared to those vehicles the interior of the Saab is for lack of a better term uninspired. Just to much grey plastic. One would think for $40k it would be a little nicer. I will have to see if I can get over it. Unfortunately trying to find a vert that can hold 4 with a stick and is a 4 season auto is a little tough. I am hoping my desire for a convertible can be reconciled to the somewhat bland interior.
