Dig thru the glove box and thick owner's manual binder Posted by MI-Roger [Email] ![]() ![]() In Reply to: new 9-3 combi!, tom whitmore, Thu, 24 May 2007 08:17:03 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Somewhere in your glove box, or buried in that thick binder of an Owner's Manual, will be a large piece of card stock which highlights the features that the Dealer can customize for you. I believe you have only 45 days in which to have these done for free.
I don't trust the oil life algorithm either. I changed out the factory fill at 1,000 miles myself. Changed it again at 5,000 miles. Had the Dealer do the first free oil change at 8,800 miles (365 days after our car was received at the docks in the US). I will be changing the oil again at either 13,800 miles or 6 months after the last Dealer change, depending on what comes first (probably the 6 month interval).
Enjoy your new car! My wife loves her SportCombi.
