The only thing WIS mention is 129 mm and nothing about how much you can take off.
In the old days the rule of thumb was 0.5mm as maximum shave.
Most modern car makes don't deal with warped heads anymore but replace them as soon as they are warped.
One reason for that, which I can fully understand, is that today's fuel management computers are a lot more finnicky and sensitive to pick differences in combustion so if you have different size combustion chambers and compression ratios between the 4 cylinders, you might end up with a check engine light and misfire codes.
