'06 9-3 Aero, 13K miles
I have owned the car for 5 days. The past 2 days, it has been at the Saab dealership due to a blown power steering hose. Yesterday morning, they said it would take two hours, so I waited there. Two hours later, they said they didn't have the hose and had to overnight one. They gave me a rental car. This afternoon, they told me that the part is actually on backorder, so they won't have it for a week. I've never experienced something like this before. Are they not trying hard enough? Is the car too new to have parts? Adding to my paranoia about poor customer service is the fact that they haven't proactively called me to update me. When I just called to hear the news that I won't have my new car for a week, the guy said "oh, we were just talking about your car a couple hours ago...".

Maybe I'm just bitter that I'm driving a Chevy Malibu and people keep on asking me if the new Saab really exists.
