Suspension or Steering Assistance/Problem

I drove my 2003 9-3 SS Arc yesterday evening and the car drove fine. This morning I backed out of my driveway (after an 18 degree overnight low temperature) to go to work and there was a rubbing sound from the front, passenger tire area. I thought it may be ice or snow so I immediately pulled over. There was nothing. I drove to work - 12 mile drive. The details:
1) When I turn to the left there is no sound at all (it drives normal).
2) When driving straight there is a subtle rubbing sound with each revolution of the wheel.
3) When I turn to the right the noise is distinctly worse.
4) When the car is stopped and I turn the tires to the left/right there are some noises.
5) The passenger front tire/suspension is approximately 1" to 2" lower than the drivers side front.
6) When a coworker and I looked at the tire and he walked on the outside when I was driving in the parking garage, there was no evidence of rubbing.
Any ideas? Also, do you think I can at least drive home this evening (12 miles)? I thought this may sound worse then it mechanically is.
