2007 Aero v. 2.0T vert - deal check and advice sought

Hey folks, looking a two manual convertibles in my area, both with what appears to me to be great end year pricing. Wanted to see if it appears that way to you, and also solicit any feedback on choosing.
First is Black 2.0T with 60th anniversary and cold weather. $31K
Pros: Cheaper. Like the black/grey anniversary seats. Better fuel economy.
Cons: No Xenons (ack).
Second is Black Aero w/Touring, cold weather. Dealer use (about 2K miles) Dealer claims not a demo, highway miles from use by Dealer staff (assume that's true, though we all know...). $35.5K
Pros: Bigger engine, lots of option gadgets.
Cons: Worse fuel economy. Grey seats (prefer the black seats)
Aero suspension tight, but far more smooth compliant than years ago. Surprisingly, not highly noticeable difference in power from my current 2.0T sedan. Different sound definitely.
So, do the deals appear as good as they do to me, or am I out of the loop? I know it is a somewhat tired debate (though didn't see too much in last 8 months of posts), but any thoughts on whether the Aero is worth the extra $4.5K?
Thanks folks, appreciate any input.
