Access to High Beam H-7 Bulb and Parking Light Bulb

The H-7 high beam bulb and the small parking light bulb are both out (passenger/right side) on my 2003 Launch Linear with Zenons.
Access is really tight; what needs to be removed? What's the easiest way to reach/access these bulbs so that they can be replaced?
