I know that car sales are in the crapper right now. You can attempt to get invoice minus incentives, but don't be surprised if that doesn't happen. Employee pricing is appoximately invoice price and incentives are subtracted, so maybe if the dealer has held onto the inventory long enough, they might bite if you are willing to commit to a sale.

The dealer will still be making the holdback (3% plus or minus) on the vehicle, plus if the inventory has been on -hand for over 90 days, they have to pay a monthly fee. Use that to your advantage - ask (casually) how long they have had this particular vehicle. If longer than the 90 days, they are more motivated to sell. Edmunds mentioned this in one of their buying tutorials, and I used it for the purchase of my wife's '00 Honda Accord. When they were normally only willing to cut a few bucks off of sticker price, I was able to get invoice plus $80.
