Bought an 03 9-3 Arc from this gentleman. Very unhappy experience; car was a lemon in 2 days (over weekend); he refused to buy back or trade for another. I did enjoy his story about the 9-3 he sold his Mom. The tranny blew and she was SOL. He wouldn't take that one back, either. He does have a good selection and prices are fair, but practice your due diligence, and get a 24 hour grace period in writing. Absolutely do not buy his extended warranty--he gets a 50% markup (probably the norm) and wouldn't refund it for over a year of us hassling him. Yes, we sold it, and after the bugs were worked out it was a decent, even fun car. Lost a total of about $6k (bye bye sales tax). I'd buy another Saab, as our 9-5 has been good. Tread warily. I'd be glad to talk on the phone to avoid flaming him too badly in public. 206 463-3013.
