Hello Everyone,
The SID informed me today my coolant level was low. I have a few questions. First, I know it says what type to use in the manual, but I am currently in South Dakota and my manual is in Tennessee. So, if anyone knows the specific type to refill it with I would certinaly appreciate it. Second, I have been reading some other threads about this correlation between low coolant and trammy failure. I have the 2003 linear but I have the manual gearbox. I noticed all of the problems were arising from the automatics so am I in the clear or do I have reason for alarm.. There is definetly a coolant leak going on because I felt it up under the car. I'm guessing it is leaking from where it attached to the radiator. Is this an expensive fix? Lastly, this is a maintanance question. I've broke 100k and I was wondering if I should think about flushing the radiator and completly refilling the coolant fluid. I read in the manual that it never has to be changed but I was wondering if anyone is this bold. Thanks.
